Leg and Foot Raises
Stand in the golf ready position, place hands on
hips, slowly lift one foot off ground about 3 inches
hold for 20-30 seconds. Start with your take away side
first. (Alternate legs)

You should be able maintain this position without
placing your foot down or stumbling.
