Flexibility Test (Large
muscles)
Stand in the golf ready position holding a golf
club with your arms extend out from shoulders, palms
facing down. Lift the club over your head to behind
your back, maintaining straight arms, head position
and hand grip on club. Repeat the test, moving hands
closer together each time until the movement cannot
be completed.


Measure the minimum distance between hands, the
closer the better.
