Next Test

Shoulder Flexibility (Rotator Cuff)

Stand or sit raise the right arm up towards the ceiling and bend the elbow. Take the left hand and place it behind the back attempting to reach hands and fingers together. Keep head and chest up, look straight ahead. The arm (elbow) up represents the internal rotators of the rotator cuff and the arm (elbow) down represents the lateral rotators of the rotator cuff.

Make sure you test
both arms in the up and down position.

The closer you can get your fingers and hands together the better your flexibility.
