Flexibility, Balance, Power, Core and over-all Body
Strength are key factors to generating more club head
speed and a great golf swing. By learning your fitness
level you can better understand how one or all of these
basic fitness components may be limiting your golf
motion. At Active Bodyworks we use 6 tests to evaluate
our client’s golf fitness level. Why not test your own

By testing you strength, balance and flexibility it’s
easy to assess your golf fitness level. Fallow each test
and rate yourself accordingly the more
truthful you are the better you will be able to address
your golf fitness need.
