entire neuromuscular system is best for training a golfer's body. Our programs
not only improve a golfers fitness but will help reduce injury an
body discomforts.
The Active Bodyworks Functional Golf program develops the
physical functional attributes of golfer of all levels. We bring the
workshop onsite to you or your golf course.

Golf Fitness
Online program

The Active
Bodyworks (FG) program uses cross-specific
exercises integrating the entire neuromuscular system. Our program
builds a golfer’s strength, flexibility, balance, functional core,
endurance and injury prevention.
Golf Stretch
$10 per month
The Active
Bodyworks Golf Stretch routine is a print and go program. Learn how
to use golf specific stretches to address the needs of your body for
practice and playing golf. Take it on the course use the stretches
to keep your body golf ready, or to address your common problem
areas, reduce and avoid pain and discomforts in your body.

Functional Fitness for Golfers
The goal of this program is to teach golfers how to integrate
the entire neuromuscular system utilize functional fitness,
full-body, twisting and posture improvements with cross-specific
exercises and increases the athletic motion of the golf swing
through development of the body. Golfers will learn beginner,
intermediate and advance exercise. (Time 2 1/2 hours)
Stretching for Golfers
The goal of this workshop is to teach golfers how to identify
their body imbalances and what stretches to use on and off the
golf course. By improving the required ranges of motion within
joints and muscles the golf motion becomes more balanced. (Time 2
1/2 hours)

Included in each
golf fitness programs is our simple nutrition guide to fueling your
body and keeping energy levels up when playing golf.
