Movement Breaks

Our Movement Breaks Program combines motivational movement breaks and stretching to reduce stress and muscle tension and increase focus, energy and optimism for upcoming tasks. Our trained facilitator leads participants in short 5-10 minute Power Stretch and/or Relax and Breathe movement breaks throughout a meeting or conference.
