combines motivational movement breaks and stretching to reduce
stress and muscle tension and increase focus, energy and optimism
for upcoming tasks. Our trained facilitator leads participants in
short 5-10 minute
Power Stretch
and/or Relax and
Breathe
movement breaks throughout a meeting or conference.
