We set goals in our work life so
why not in our fitness and wellness?
Each day we turn our many small tasks into large
completed projects. Knowing this, we all have the
ability to shape our own fitness and wellness
lives. Goal setting is one of the most important
and often most overlooked methods of improving fitness.
By taking the time to map a course from start to
finish and following the directions, fitness can
become part of your life.

It's important to put your goals in a plan each
day. It takes time and patience to accept a goal
as a way of life. Depending on the fitness goal,
it may take a few days, or a few weeks, or longer.
Set short-term, mid-term and long-term goals on
your fitness

As you complete a goal, check it off the list and
replace it with a new one. Make goals a daily
part of your life and you will be amazed at what
you are able to accomplish. The more detailed the
goal, the better your chances of success.
