Stretch and Movement Clinic
Many of us sit at a desk or stand for long periods
of time or move our bodies in the same repetitive movement
patterns. By using our bodies in this way repetitive stress
injuries can accrue, fatigue and stress are increased and
productivity and quality of life are affected.
Most often
stretching is over looked in our daily routine. Our muscles
and soft tissue become stiff, joint movement decrease and our
bodies feel the stress. With a stretch and movement routine the stress
can be reduced, range of motion can be restored and
flexibility of the muscle and soft tissue can be improved.
Active Movement Breaks
Movement breaks
Our program combines motivational movement breaks and stretching that
reduce stress and muscle tension. Our trained facilitator will
lead participants in short 5-10 minute movement breaks through out
your meeting or conference.
Used at conventions, long meetings and/or conferences. Great: for
managers, Resorts, Conventions, Corporate meeting and workers
alike.
No groups is to small or large
