5 simple steps
Time:
It's simple to track your goals and
it takes
just few minutes a day. Make this a part of your
life, and you will always have the map to get back
on track. Check out a
sample goal sheet.
Plan:
Develop a workout goal to reach each day. Example:
Walk 15
min this morning before work. Start and finish
your goal each day. This should not be a long term
goal, but one you can accomplish by the end of
your workout. KEEP IT SIMPLE. As you become
better at goal setting, you will set more
challenging goals.
Execute:
Take action. Execution is everything. Follow
through! Set your fitness goal for the day and
make it happen. Feel good knowing you have
completed your goal.
Record:
This is essential. Record what you have
accomplished to keep yourself on track.
Review:
Use this information to set your next set of
fitness goals.
